Friendly pets are allowed in the park if kept on a leash. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. For some pets, especially dogs and cats with particularly noise-sensitive ears, the sound of fireworks can cause intense fear responses. Please plan accordingly to keep your pet safe.
Do not climb on the park's steel sculptures, building ruins, or the River of Glass.
Place all trash in the trash receptacles provided. Leave pavilions, lawns, and terraces clean for the next visitors.
Sky lanterns are illegal in the state of Ohio. Balloon releases, while not yet illegal, are not allowed at the park. They are hazardous to area wildlife and create litter.
Personal fireworks are NOT permitted to be set off on Ariel-Foundation Park property. This includes firecrackers, smoke bombs, rockets, spinners, roman candles, and other novelty fireworks. Sparklers are permitted, but please be courteous to other guests and properly dispose of all trash.
