Schnormeier Event Center:

Inside Tables:

Table seating within the Schnormeier Event Center will require advance table seating reservations. Each table seats eight guests. Table purchasers weill come to the main gate, provide your name, and your table number will be given to you. Some concerts require the purchase of a reserved table, while others are free but still must be reserved through the online ticket system. Tables not reserved prior to the event will be made available first-come first-serve one hour before each event.

Inside Chair Seating:

Limited open space for bring-your-own-chair seating will be available inside the event center. Available space will vary by event. We encourage social distancing and masks under the roof.

Event Center/Patio:

Bring your own chairs to set up on the patio. We encourage social distancing.


All patrons are welcome to set up their own seating outdoors on the terraces, the lawn, etc.


  • Water fountains MAY or MAY NOT be available due to COVID-19 restrictions.
  • Food trucks will be available for the 2021 concert season. Watch social media for updates on specific trucks and their location. July 4 will have food trucks placed throughout the park.
  • Beer/wine will be available for the following events and must remain inside the fenced area around the Event Center:
    • June 18 - Popgun
    • July 4 - Face2Face (beer only)
    • July 17 - McGuffey Lane
    • Aug. 27 - The McCartney Project
    • Sept. 5 - Vaughn Wiester

Park Info



 Ariel-Foundation Park, located in Mount Vernon, Ohio, is a 250-acre civic park that offers a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors of all ages.

Visiting Hours

Ariel-Foundation Park is officially open April 1 through November 15. Some areas of the park are accessible to pedestrians year-round. Daily hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. There are no admissions or parking fees. The Rastin Observation Tower, park museum, picnic pavillions, trails and other park features are free and open to the public. The Rastin Observation Tower is open during winter months, as long as weather allows.
