Jersey Springsteen Tribute BandSaturday, August 19, 2017 - 7:30-9:30 p.m.
Jersey - Bruce Springsteen Trubute Band
Schnormeier Event Center

"Jersey" will bring the music of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band to life at Ariel-Foundation Park on Saturday, Aug. 19, at 7:30 p.m. The event is free. Guests may bring their own chairs or use those provided by the park.

Jersey, the Bruce Springsteen Tribute Band, was formed with one goal--to pay tribute to one of America's greatest musical acts. Hailing from northeast Ohio, the band has performed throughout the Midwest for more than four years and has enjoyed each and every event and the opportunity to perform for and meet so many fans of the music they love.

To do justice to the music of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Jersey showcases a seven-piece line up of some of the area's finest musicians. These musicians are not only incredibly talented, they are strong friends as well.

They include: the energetic and charismatic Joe Hill (Washington, D.C.) on lead guitar and back-up vocals; the versatile Rik Williger who uses his endless musical talents to cover keyboards, guitar, mandolin and harmonica; Dave "The Professor" Finkenthal who delivers the essential piano sound and backing vocals; Robert Myers, who has dedicated his efforts to replicating the work of the E Street Band bassist Gary Tallent; Joe "JP" Pietrolungo, the band's drummer who drives the band; massively talented and passionate Andy Hinkle on saxophone and backing vocals; and Dave Shoop on lead vocals, who says it is a thrill to perform these songs. Special thanks to Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band. To learn more, visit www.jerseytribute.com.

Food vendors will be on hand starting an hour prior to the concert and will include Road Hog Willy's, Kent's Cones, Domino's Pizza and Mama Jo's Café. No outside food or beverages may be brought into the Event Center. Pets and smoking are prohibited in the event center and within the fence surrounding it.
